1. Contact support
For help with Sleep2Story, write to:
info@sleep2story.comSupport is provided by Lale Nebiyeva, Azerbaijan.
Include your app version, phone model, the email used for your account, what you expected and what happened. A screenshot or the approximate time of an error can help. Do not send your password, payment details, a child's personal details or a voice recording by email.
2. Creating narration
- My narration is taking time or has failed.
- Creating speech needs an internet connection and available server capacity. Check the connection and the status shown in the app before starting another request. If it stays stuck, contact us with the story title and approximate request time.
- I have reached a limit.
- The free release has account and service capacity limits. Follow the availability shown in the app. If a limit looks incorrect, contact support; reinstalling the app does not reset a server limit.
- The voice does not sound right.
- Use a clear recording with one adult speaker and little background noise. Check that you selected the intended voice and story language. Synthetic speech can still make pronunciation or pacing mistakes; review the result before a child listens.
3. Playback and downloads
- Why does an existing story load again?
- Generated audio is stored on the server. The app downloads it into local storage for playback. A first play on a new device, a cleared cache or signing out can require another download. Keep an internet connection while that download finishes.
- The reading is too fast or slow.
- Use the speed control in the story player to adjust playback between 0.5× and 2×. This changes playback speed without creating a new narration.
- How do I move to another part of the story?
- Drag the player's progress control to seek forward or backward. Open the text view to follow the narration. If the highlighted paragraph is out of sync, report the story, language and approximate playback time.
- Will my audio stay available forever?
- Server audio and voice references have retention periods. Local copies can be removed when you sign out, delete your account or clear app storage. Keep a separate copy of anything you need to preserve.
4. Account and privacy requests
Use the password reset option on the sign-in screen if you cannot access your account. Check your spam folder for the reset email.
You can request account deletion in the app's account settings. If you cannot sign in, contact support from the email used for that account. We may need to verify ownership before deleting information.
For access, correction, deletion or voice-permission requests, use the same support address. See our Privacy policy, Voice consent and Terms of use for details.
