1. The service and your account

These terms govern your use of Sleep2Story, operated by Lale Nebiyeva in Azerbaijan. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy policy.

Sleep2Story turns text you provide into synthetic spoken narration, including narration based on a permitted voice recording. A generated recording is an artificial reconstruction of a voice, not an original recording of the speaker reading that text.

You must be an adult with legal capacity to agree to these terms. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if you believe someone is using your account without permission. Children may listen under an adult's supervision; they must not create their own accounts.

2. Your stories and voice recordings

You retain the rights you hold in the text and recordings you submit. You give us permission to store and process them, create the voice references and narration you request, and deliver the resulting audio to you for the operation of the service.

Submit text only if you own it, it is in the public domain, or you have the permission required for this use. Access to an existing story does not automatically give you the right to reproduce, adapt or distribute it. You are responsible for checking the rights applicable to your use and any sharing of generated audio.

Use your own voice or a voice whose adult speaker has knowingly agreed to synthetic voice generation. You must obtain that permission before uploading the recording. Read Voice consent for the scope of the permission and how to withdraw it.

Generated speech can include incorrect pronunciation, unexpected pacing, artifacts or other errors. An adult should review it before a child listens. Sleep2Story is a listening tool and does not provide medical advice or guarantee a sleep outcome.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to:

  • Clone a person's voice without their informed permission, impersonate someone deceptively or misrepresent synthetic audio as an authentic recording.
  • Commit fraud, threaten or harass people, violate privacy or intellectual property rights, or create unlawful or exploitative content.
  • Bypass usage limits, interfere with the service, access another person's account or submit material you have no right to process.
  • Upload sensitive personal information about another person without the necessary authority.

We may restrict or suspend activity that appears to violate these terms or creates a security, legal or operational risk. You can contact support if you believe a restriction is a mistake or want to report misuse.

4. Availability and usage limits

The initial release is offered without a subscription. Generation is subject to account and service capacity limits; a free account does not guarantee unlimited generation or permanent availability. The app displays the applicable availability and limits.

An internet connection is required to create a voice or new narration and to download audio that is not already stored on your device. Processing may take time or fail. Languages, voices and other features may change as we develop the service.

Generated audio and voice references may expire under the service's retention settings. Keep a separate copy of content you need. We may require an app update to keep the service compatible and secure.

5. Ending use and changes

You can stop using Sleep2Story at any time and request account deletion through the app's account settings or by contacting us. Deletion and retained operational records are described in the Privacy policy.

We may change or discontinue features and update these terms. The current version will be available on this page, with an updated date. If a material change requires notice or renewed acceptance, we will provide it through the service. If you do not agree to a required change, stop using the service and contact us about your account.

6. Contact and your legal rights

For questions, complaints or help, contact Lale Nebiyeva at info@sleep2story.com. Include enough information to identify the issue, but never send your password.

These terms do not exclude rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded under the law applicable to you. Nothing here limits liability where doing so is prohibited by that law.

If you use the iOS app, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the app license. Apple is not the provider of Sleep2Story's narration or support service.
